Position Summary:
- We are seeking an In-House CRA to execute fast, high-quality clinical trials.
- This role supports internal coordination and site-facing execution with an emphasis on inspection readiness and patient-centricity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage meeting logistics, track action items, and ensure protocol compliance.
- File essential documents in Trial Master Files and resolve site-level issues with cross-functional teams.
- Drive process improvements to enhance speed, quality, and patient impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or health-related field with 5+ years of clinical trial experience.
- Solid knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary between $75,000 and $95,000 USD.
