As Talent Program Leader, you will shape our talent landscape by ensuring data-informed decisions and leading programs to expand access to emerging talent. You will unlock enterprise value through skill intelligence. This role connects people data with business outcomes, enabling WeloData to adapt to a rapidly evolving talent market while ensuring it remains a great place to work.
You will own and manage WeloData’s enterprise-wide skill data across systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strategic usability. Part of this role involves developing and leading programs that embed skill data into core talent decision-making processes. You will create and maintain frameworks for skill taxonomy, capability mapping, and workforce insights to drive strategic workforce planning and support commercial success. You will also be a strategic advisor to leadership by aligning workforce capabilities with short- and long-term business growth.
