Delivery Manager

A Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of products, from the initial planning stages to implementation and release. This role involves close collaboration with product management, engineering, data science, credit strategy, and other business stakeholders to ensure that product goals are met and delivered on time. Project Management: Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Manage changes to project scope and schedule to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, effectively communicating project expectations to team members and internal and external stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Delivery Management: Organize, schedule, and deliver each phase of product delivery – story refinement, prioritization, resource allocation, coordination and assistance in UAT and PVT Testing, change management, & deployment Maintain delivery best practices and documentation. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating the collaboration of cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required standard of quality through regular testing and reviews. Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and processes and initiate continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product delivery.
