Senior Data Engineer

As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building, maintaining, and scaling our data infrastructure, specifically in the context of ingesting and harmonizing data from external systems and products (EHRs, distributors, product analytics software, and more). You’ll partner closely with our product, engineering, and clinical operations teams to make healthcare data usable and impactful for day-to-day operations and long-term care outcomes. This is a senior-level role for someone who is both hands-on and strategic. You’ll be expected to take ownership of projects, contribute to architectural decisions, and be a key voice in defining our data engineering standards and practices. The engineering work presents exciting technical challenges as we balance user-facing features with robust internal systems. We release updates daily, requiring thoughtful prioritization and technical excellence while maintaining high quality.
