Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize cybersecurity data pipelines using Cribl, and manage data flows from source systems into data lakes and SIEM platforms.
- Develop and maintain connectors and integrations for security data ingestion, and configure data routing, parsing, filtering, enrichment, and transformation.
- Support SIEM architecture and operations, and integrate with platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 4 to 5 years of relevant data engineering, security engineering, or SIEM engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Cribl in production, and strong knowledge of data routing, parsing, and transformation.
- Proficiency in Python or Bash, and experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or SIEM platforms, and familiarity with OCSF or cybersecurity schemas.
- Understanding of frameworks like NIST or MITRE ATT&CK, and experience with endpoint, cloud, or network security data.
- Relevant certifications and knowledge of SOAR environments are a plus.
