Director of Data Science

Lead and scale the data science function, building a high-impact team that drives data-driven decision-making and business intelligence across the company. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop models that enhance pricing, personalization, fraud detection, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include defining/executing the vision and roadmap, building/mentoring a high-performing team, developing/deploying machine learning models to optimize pricing, search, and recommendations. Partner with product and business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, establish best practices for experimentation, and advocate for a data-driven culture.
