Social Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Produce end-to-end short-form video content, including concepting, shooting, editing, and delivering for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Host on-camera explainers and react to trends, serving as a regular face of the brand for both Achieve and Freedom Debt Relief.
• Direct other on-camera talent, including employees and external creators, to pull out natural performances.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience producing short-form video for brands or creators, with a required portfolio of personally shot and edited work.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software like Premiere and native tools like CapCut, with strong shooting skills for camera, lighting, and audio.
• Demonstrated ability to create scroll-stopping content with performance metrics like retention and shares, along with fluency in social media trends.

Additional Details:

• This is a hands-on production role requiring daily work behind the camera and in the edit bay, with no option for remote work outside the US.
• The role involves shifting between two distinct brand voices and producing reactive content on tight deadlines, often within 24 hours.
