Team Focus:
- Builds and maintains the tooling that enables ML/RL development at Torc.
- Focuses on scalable execution of training and validation jobs.
- Unifies evaluation of model inference and associated metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Sets and facilitates processes for the delivery of scalable, high-quality software and services.
- Owns performance management, career development, and coaching of the team.
- Establishes and maintains a culture of respect, productivity, collaboration, and positivity.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience building and maintaining workloads in public cloud environments.
- Knowledge of database architectures.
- Practical experience with Python libraries for applied data science.
