Senior UX Copywriter

As Senior UX Copywriter, deliver clear, effective, and engaging experiences across our product and lifecycle channels. You’ll join our in-house Copy team, reporting to the Copy Lead and working closely with Product, Design, CRM, and Research. You’ll write the words our members rely on to navigate, understand, and connect with our platform, from in-product microcopy to email and push notifications. You’ll be a key partner across multiple ProdEng squads, helping shape experiences from first principles and ensuring copy is embedded from the start. You’ll also play an active role in experimentation, user testing, and performance reporting, helping the business understand the impact of great content. And as a senior member of the team, you’ll be expected to help the Copy Lead shape our global tone of voice guidelines, coach others and share your knowledge generously.
