Role Overview:

  • Exciting opportunity to join a newly established Policy & Standards Team within the Design Authority function.
  • Play a key role in developing the engineering governance framework for safe, compliant, effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Engineering Management Arrangements, Policies, Standards and Guidance.
  • Support Technical Assurance Frameworks and Engineering Substantiation Processes.
  • Manage configuration control, change control, and compliance with safety arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Nuclear industry experience essential; background in engineering management, governance, and technical assurance.
  • Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance.
  • Knowledge of configuration management and change control, acting as an intelligent customer.
