As our Manager, Web Experience & Digital Design, you will own the vision for our website and landing‑page ecosystem—auditing existing infrastructure, defining future‑state information architecture and UX flows, and driving a roadmap for CMS evolution (WordPress, HubSpot, or beyond). You will lead end‑to-end execution , from wireframes and high‑fidelity Figma prototypes through custom template development, ensuring designs translate into high‑conversion, mobile‑first pages.
You will elevate brand consistency across web and collateral—pairing strong graphic design chops with copy‑savvy storytelling to create cohesive, polished experiences in both digital and print. In your first year, you’ll lead the transformation of our digital experience and audit our current web presence to identify UX and technical improvements.
