Job Description
Work with data exchange partners and internal teams to develop integrated member accumulations data exchange feeds and ensure the accuracy of integrated accumulations at Capital Rx. Serve as a point of coordination for member accumulation issue identification and issue resolution with internal teams and external integration partners. Identify and triage accumulation issues and support the resolution of all errors related to transferring, loading, and management of integrated accumulation data. Proactively monitor system status and accumulation management data to quickly identify potential abnormalities that might impact quality and accuracy. Ensure that all issues and errors are resolved using designated operating standards and within defined service levels. Assist with the validation of accumulation data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes. Participate in projects with accumulation impacts including vendor changes, client migrations, and client add-on requests. Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.
