What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop a team of IC data scientists, setting direction and growing each person's scope.
- Own POC/POV delivery by partnering with enterprise customers to demonstrate fraud-loss reduction.
- Stay hands-on in technical work, building ML models and conducting in-depth fraud analyses.
What you'll need:
- 10+ years in fraud/risk data science with strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL.
- 3+ years in a people leadership role, coaching data scientists.
- Experience delivering POC/POV engagements with measurable customer outcomes.
