Job Description
We’re looking for a Lead QE Engineer / SDET Lead to architect, scale, and lead our test automation strategy across Android, iOS, Browser Extension, and Web applications. You’ll guide the evolution of our automation ecosystem — transforming our existing Appium + Java setup into a unified, modern framework that’s integrated deeply with GitHub Actions and Argo Workflows. As the technical and people lead for the Quality Engineering function, you’ll set the direction for test strategy, framework design, CI/CD integration, and quality governance, while mentoring engineers to “shift left” and make automation part of every release pipeline. This role combines hands-on technical depth with leadership, strategy, and collaboration across product, platform, and engineering teams.
