Senior Engineering Director

Accountabilities:

• Manage and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation in AI-powered automation.
• Provide technical guidance, sprint planning support, and career development for engineers.

Platform Leadership:

• Oversee the end-to-end development of the AI engagement platform and maintain an integrated chat system.
• Ensure secure integrations with major campus systems including SIS, LMS, and CRMs.

Operational Excellence:

• Drive efforts to automate routine inquiries and reduce administrative burdens for institutions.
• Maintain strict adherence to compliance standards such as SOC2, FERPA, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams, ideally in the EdTech or SaaS sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, API-based architecture, and cloud-scale deployments.
