Role:
- We are hiring a Medical Reviewer for a remote 1099 contract.
- You will ensure Medicare compliance in home health pre-claim reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Review PCR packages for coverage, coding, and payment compliance.
- Document outcomes with clinical rationale and meet turnaround times.
- Maintain 98% accuracy and complete required training.
Qualifications:
- Active unrestricted RN license and 2+ years clinical experience.
- At least 2 years in home health, QA, or utilization review.
- ICD coding and OASIS experience preferred.
Benefits:
- Hourly pay of $28.85 - $31.25 on a 1099 basis.
