Director Of User Experience (UX)

Curinos is seeking a Director of User Experience (UX) to lead our growing UX chapter within the Product & Technology organization. This leader will set the vision for user experience across our product portfolio and directly manage our team of UX designers, each embedded within an empowered product team. Reporting to senior Product leadership, this individual will ensure that user-centered design practices are at the core of how Curinos builds products. They will balance hands-on design leadership with people management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration—partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers. The Director will manage, mentor, and develop our UX designers to elevate their work, ensuring they are empowered within product teams and synergistically collaborating across the design team. The Director will define and uphold UX standards, design systems, and best practices to create consistent, intuitive, accessible and client-delighting experiences. The Director will bring user needs, behaviors, and feedback into the product development process, guide teams to test, validate, and iterate on designs. The Director will contribute to product vision and strategy by ensuring UX perspectives and insights shape the roadmap and long-term investments and will build a culture of creativity, inclusion, and experimentation.
