Job Description
The Senior Manager, Academic Technologies is responsible for the operational management and implementation of the University's learning management system (LMS) and other supported academic technologies. This includes overseeing the implementation, support, development, training, and ongoing enhancement of these systems, working within the strategic vision of the unit. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with faculty, students, and staff to identify needs, implement solutions and promote the effective use of academic technologies. Responsibilities include managing the LMS, implementing new technologies, collaborating with faculty, and supervising a team. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience that includes System administration, technical support, process improvement, faculty development, project management, and business analysis.
