Global Tax Director

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Tax Director to lead key aspects of federal, state, and local tax functions while supporting the broader tax operations of the company. This role will oversee compliance, planning, and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to domestic tax regulations and partnering with external firms to navigate international tax matters. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, tax-minded approach, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to process improvement, serving as a trusted resource across the organization and contributing to the development of team members. Manage US federal and state income tax compliance, estimate and extension preparation including compilation of information, liaise with third party service provider for preparation, and remit payments to various taxing authorities. Prepare and/or review indirect tax filings, including VAT, GST, sales and use tax as well as property tax filings.
