Content & Education Strategist

Lead the development and management of patient-facing materials across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for planning, writing, and organizing educational content that helps patients understand and navigate their care. You’ll work with clinical, product, and support teams to identify common questions, create helpful resources, and maintain them over time. You’ll also help manage the production of content using internal and external collaborators like video editors, copywriters, and medical experts. Occasionally, you may also create internal training or reference materials to help team members stay aligned on care guidelines, product updates, or communication best practices.
