Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert in protein purification, drug product formulation, fill, and lyophilization.
- Manage technical transfer, process improvements, and knowledge management.
- Build relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations and ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 9 years with Bachelor's, 7 years with Master's, or 4 years with PhD in relevant Life Science.
- In-depth understanding of protein purification, characterization, and downstream processing.
- Experience in GMP manufacturing and managing CDMOs.
Additional Information:
- Travel globally as needed.
- Work in office and manufacturing settings with potential exposure to hazards.
- Pay transparency: $165,000 - $180,000 USD annual base salary.
