Job Description
We’re seeking a Lead Engineer to own delivery across our core product stack, mentor a small but mighty engineering team, and ensure our platform is fast, scalable, and reliable. As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you’ll guide a team of 4–6 engineers, help define technical direction, and ensure our architecture and codebase are positioned for long-term growth. You’ll drive architecture and implementation decisions for our core platform, partner with product and design to deliver user experiences that are fast, intuitive, and reliable, and ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and performance. You'll manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure and coach and mentor engineers.
