PR and Social Media Associate

Grafana Labs is seeking a dynamic and strategic PR and Social Media Associate to work closely with our Senior Public Relations Manager and Lead Senior Social Media Manager to amplify our brand narrative and media presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in media relations, social content strategy, and communications to elevate Grafana's visibility in the tech ecosystem, craft compelling narratives, and strategically position our thought leadership across key industry platforms. You will support social media content and campaigns, including publishing, scheduling and monitoring conversations/interactions, as well as assist in managing Grafana Labs’ employee advocacy program. You will proactively pitch stories, podcasts, and bylines; submitting awards; securing press coverage; coordinating interviews with company executives; and building/maintaining relationships with key technology and industry journalists/influencers.
