Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers for upstream product lines. Work with sales and product management, respond to customer requests, give technical seminars, perform product demonstrations, troubleshoot, and assist with customer surveys. Develop and execute project plans, draft technical reports, and contribute to product improvement.
