This is a high-impact leadership role. You’ll take ownership of marketing design at TrustedHousesitters — setting vision, elevating standards, and delivering creative that drives measurable growth. You’ll lead a small but capable design team, work closely with marketing and exec stakeholders, and partner with agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns.

Lead the development and execution of the company’s creative strategy across all brand, marketing, and product touchpoints, including content direction, campaign production, brand storytelling, and design systems to drive both emotional resonance and performance results across global markets. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Performance, Social, Product, and Content teams to deliver a creative vision that scales a category-defining brand.
