The Associate Director, MS&T will be responsible for the development, optimization, and scale-up of spray drying processes for pharmaceutical formulations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and compliant production processes. You will be responsible for CMO oversight, process development & optimization, scale-up & tech transfer, equipment & operations, process validation, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, data analysis & reporting.
