Serve as a liaison between the contractor, the consultant lead engineering and inspection team, and the Program Management Team. Monitor overall construction progress and ensure compliance with the Specifications. Review project plans, specifications and contract documents, identify constructability issues, plan errors or omissions. Lead Contractor Progress Meeting and report on overall project progress, costs, and change orders.
