As Program Manager, Vendor Finance, you'll strategically lead Motive's efforts at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Lending Partners, owning the Vendor Finance (VF) program, crucial for enabling customer financing and accelerating business cash flow. You will lead a 15+ member team managing daily VF deal operations, driving initiatives for deal efficiency, new financing solutions, and strong GTM/lender relationships to achieve sales objectives and key cash generation targets.
