Guide apprentices to timely program completion, using coaching techniques to enhance learning. Maintain quality coaching sessions, create a motivating environment, and proactively support learner success with data-driven interventions. Utilize resources, stay updated on knowledge, build credibility, and help apprentices connect with Multiverse's mission.

Provide administrative support for the FEE Learning Center, including customer service for teachers, data entry, and other duties as determined by the FEE Director of Education, while assisting with management of Learning Center curriculum resources and contributing to Learning Center user community management. This role also involves potential travel to conferences and curriculum development.
