Focus on assigned school projects, develop training and support materials, and coordinate and lead training sessions for staff, including teachers, tech coaches, and curriculum coordinators, throughout targeted schools. Additionally, you will serve as the Edpuzzle representative at both online and in-person events. Available to travel up to 50% of the time primarily within Texas.

The Director, IT Technology Instructor Development oversees the training, development, and quality assurance of instructional staff across all IT Technology courses. They manage a Manager of Instructional Development & Delivery, ensuring effective onboarding, training delivery, and performance improvement initiatives for instructional staff. The Director drives improvements in instructor performance through data-informed strategies.
