• Define learning models for foundational literacy.
• Create scope & sequence, progression maps, and mastery criteria.
• Oversee the team that translates learning objectives into activity design.
• Collaborate with Research team to architect a measurement framework.

Contribute to the creation of K-12 assessments, leveraging your subject matter expertise to execute on blueprints to create high-quality assessment content. Use and contribute to improvements in our content and item management systems, ensuring alignment of items with standards and  item development best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, innovate with new item types made possible by AI technologies, and participate in ideation and review processes.
