The Cybersecurity Engineer supports the Vulnerability Management and Cyber Hygiene (VMCH) program for CommonSpirit Health, providing requirements, assessments, and reporting on security issues. The role involves monitoring threats, integrating cybersecurity solutions, and designing/implementing solutions to protect the organization from cyber threats and exposures.

Respond to security alerts and incidents in client environments related to Email, Cloud and Endpoint Security. Conduct investigations to determine the scope, impact, and root causes. Collaborate with the Security Operations team to assess the urgency of each alert and perform incident response activities to minimize the impact of security incidents.
