Serve as a statistical department resource and mentor biostatisticians. Direct activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high quality work. Provide support across all statistical tasks during the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR. Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans, collaborate with sponsors if required to support the statistical analysis results of clinical trials.

Provide statistical support for all phases of clinical development, including reviewing statistical sections of protocols and writing statistical analysis plans. Develop SAS programs for tables, listings, figures, and analysis datasets. Generate randomization schedules and assist with statistical methods review of the clinical study protocol.

As a Clinical Data Manager, you'll participate in vendor oversight, represent data management in the Clinical Sub-team, and serve as the first point of contact for CRO partners. You will lead clinical trial data collection set-up, data review, and database lock. The candidate will also track study deliverables, manage external Data Management budgets, and represent the function in external professional initiatives.
