This is a Data Acquisition Specialist position at a prężnie expanding American product company in Krakow, Poland. Daily tasks include marking objects in pictures in a special program, signing the marked products, checking the quality of the markings and correcting errors. This job requires engagement, diligence, accuracy, and availability between 7:30 and 18:00 (min 8 hours a day).

Advance AI capabilities by reviewing expert-annotated biological data using proprietary software. Your expertise in biology will directly contribute to the training of AI models, ensuring accuracy in biological concepts, terminology, and applications. This role requires analytical thinking, adaptability, and a passion for technological innovation in the life sciences.

The Sr. Quality Data Analyst will monitor and validate data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and implement mitigation strategies for HEDIS programs. You will work with technology teams to automate data ingestion and validation, conduct root cause analyses, and develop test processes. You will also perform data reconciliation, develop reporting capabilities, and lead market status meetings.

Facilitate business domain knowledge from different Shiji products, understand and analyze the data from Business Intelligence point of view, help to design and implement data models which are going to be used to build insights, build dashboards which will allow to discover trends in data, using a state-of-the-art Business Intelligence tool, build and optimize SQL queries for the respective data, maintain technical documentation.

Support research verticals focused on the extraction, normalization, and ingestion of civic data as a Research Fellow. Work within a team to build a database on U.S. government officeholders, candidates, and places using tools like SQL and web scrapers. Manage projects, ensure data delivery, delegate tasks, and communicate progress to the broader team.

Shape the future of AI as a Bengali language expert. You will challenge advanced language models on topics like dialectal variation, formal versus colloquial language, Bengali script, translation accuracy, semantic ambiguity, and cultural context—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. Converse with the model on language scenarios, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Play a key role in enabling and supporting everyone at Monzo to keep customers at the heart of our product by doing user research effectively and safely. Drive training for non-researchers who are starting out on doing research themselves, supporting them to feel confident in their approach. Onboard new researchers into research processes and optimize the research tool stack. Champion innovation and experimentation to keep the research team on the forefront of changes in the industry.
