As a Senior Analyst you will be a part of a team that is responsible for evaluating and analyzing program performance data, research and development of program policy and processes, and review and update of policy implementation in regional and field offices. This role involves rigorously analyzing data and building data visualizations to support findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented temporary Research Associate to support our work on Women in the Workplace, the largest study of its kind on women in corporate America. You’ll contribute to analyzing quantitative data, translating insights into compelling narratives, and supporting the development of research products that advance equity in the workplace and beyond.
