The individual will work on high priority initiatives, ensuring that Wealthsimple's product strategy is grounded in data analytics, including analysising user behaviour, developing experiments, applying causal inference methods and using machine learning algorithms to segment users and personalize product experiences. They will also maintain core data models and pipelines.

This role is critical in identifying and curating high-quality, high-conversion leads from specialized data sources, including divorce records, bankruptcy filings, probate cases, and other niche real estate indicators. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate investment landscape and the ability to leverage specialized data to drive high quality lead generation and business growth.

Help drive the transformation of the data platform by increasing the platform's performance, streamlining processes and continuing to ensure respect for users' privacy. Design and build data platforms, endpoints and pipelines that meet business requirements and enable stakeholders to make more data-driven decisions.
