Serve as the βdata investigatorβ for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM or Marketplace). Pull, query, and analyze Marketplace data β including Agent/Broker data β to answer operational, compliance, and fraud-related questions, transforming findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Detect patterns and anomalies, and collaborate closely with the Marketplace Agent Broker Analyst to investigate potential fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA).
Serve as a statistical department resource and mentor biostatisticians. Direct activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high quality work. Provide support across all statistical tasks during the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR. Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans, collaborate with sponsors if required to support the statistical analysis results of clinical trials.
