As a Data Scientist focused on product growth, you will uncover and drive the insights that accelerate activation, retention, and revenue growth across our Creative Platform. You’ll define and instrument metrics that measure the health of the creator journey, identify growth levers, and help us prioritize features and experiments that expand engagement and monetization.

We’re looking for a Compliance Senior Data Analyst with deep SQL expertise, strong logical reasoning skills, and the ability to use Python, APIs, or similar tools to automate data workflows. This role contributes to the Global Regulatory Reporting team, which is responsible for meeting our global licensing and tax reporting obligations.

Join our growing Data Team as a Staff Data Scientist, driving the development of cutting-edge data, machine learning, and AI solutions that optimize procurement for enterprise customers. Take ownership of major data science initiatives such as entity resolution, pricing algorithms, demand forecasting, recommendations, and automating workflow decisions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support the migration from Synapse to Databricks across multiple data streams. Design and implement scalable solutions for initial data load, data mart and consumption layer, and Reporting and Power BI integration. Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.

The Senior Database Administrator will manage and optimize enterprise-level databases. Responsibilities include ensuring high availability, security, and performance; managing Databricks workspaces; troubleshooting database issues; implementing performance tuning; and collaborating with data engineering teams for data ingestion and integration processes. They will also maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.

Work on a variety of impactful customer technical projects inclusive of implementation, troubleshooting configurations, instilling best practices, and solutioning MVPs and long term solutions to customer specific requirements. Consult on architecture and design and ensure our most strategic enterprise customers are adopting the product. Provide critical feedback to dbt Labs product and engineering teams to improve and prioritize customer requests.

Maintaining high-quality standards and driving improvements in data processes will be key.
