This leadership role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight and team mentorship. The Lead AI Specialist will head our AI initiatives and guide the development of innovative machine learning solutions across Theoria Medical’s healthcare technology landscape and be responsible for driving our AI roadmap ensuring high-quality model deployment.
Build, train, and benchmark ML models (e.g. LSTM, XGBoost) for battery State-of-Health (SOH), Remaining Useful Life (RUL), and degradation prediction. Analyze large-scale battery performance data to extract actionable insights. Develop anomaly and event detection algorithms for safety-critical battery threats. Create predictive maintenance models to forecast battery failures and degradation.
Help developers and technical teams learn how to build, deploy, and scale modern machine learning and AI systems in production. Design and deliver training materials—ranging from interactive labs and instructor-led workshops to certification programs and short-form videos—that teach the foundational and advanced concepts behind scalable ML/AI systems.
