Design, implement, and maintain robust, containerized, and reproducible pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment—across both batch and real-time settings. Build and manage ML services, APIs, and model serving infrastructure using tools like MLflow, Amazon SageMaker, and Feature Store. You will set up and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance, and continuously evaluate emerging MLOps technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

You will be responsible for driving key initiatives that go across all ServiceNow development teams and significantly affect our development speed and quality and developer happiness. This is an opportunity to help drive CI/CD across an extremely large codebase, leveraging AI at every stage, provide technical leadership, mentor other software engineers, and influence the performance and reliability of ServiceNow’s CI/CD pipeline.

Design and build enterprise cloud infrastructure automation, pipeline automation and cloud capabilities used by the enterprise. Partner with application, security, and architecture teams to build re-usable and secure cloud infrastructure to be used by business applications. Knowledge of cloud computing industry trends and apply that knowledge to continually innovate and evolve the enterprise cloud platform.

Manage cloud infrastructure including configuration, backups, scaling, costing. Configure and manage orchestration and containerization tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform and GitOps tools. Roll out fixes and upgrades to the software. Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing processes using Jenkins and GitOps tools. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems.

Architect, build, document, and implement Cloud standards and processes across Experian Business Units within AWS. Create new Terraform architecture and modules to provision AWS resources. Create, manage, and administrate Kubernetes running on EKS. Work with Software Development teams to write and tune their application Helm charts for EKS.

Help design, build, and maintain the systems that power data and software platforms, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, Terraform-based automation, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins; open to DevOps/Cloud Engineers experienced with other cloud providers.
