• Cultivate trusted relationships with funders, grantees, and movement partners to expand the Fund's impact and financial sustainability.
• Serve as a bridge between philanthropy and grassroots movements, ensuring community-led change informs all grantmaking and donor engagement.

The Early Childhood Funders Collaborative (ECFC) brings together national, regional, and local funders to support young children and families through shared learning and collaborative funding. It is a fiscally sponsored project of TSNE, with a small team dedicated to advancing equity-focused early childhood policies.

• Deliver End Point Assessments (EPA) in line with Early Years and Education Standards.
• Use NCFE's EPA platform to record assessments and interact with apprentices.
• Attend standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
