The Technical Control Engineer will play a hands-on role in proper operations of the Symbotic system at our Client’s site. The qualified candidate will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests. They are a key partner in resolving site alarms and escalating issues impacting our robotics systems to other SME within Symbotic.
