The Senior Designer provides design leadership and art direction, ensuring top-tier visual solutions for Phiture’s flagship client accounts. Reporting to a Creative Lead, you’ll create and implement a compelling design vision based on a deep understanding of the client’s branding, audience, and marketing strategy. You’ll use strategic thinking to develop strong creative concepts aligned with business goals independently, and then present those ideas to the various client stakeholders, articulating the strategy and rationale behind them.
