Main responsibility will be developing, maintaining and extending the Kong Gateway, on both its Open-source and the Enterprise versions. Responsible for designing, building and maintaining API management software and its underlying stack. Will engage with the Open Source community, and work closely with other teams in the company to improve it.

Provide customer support primarily through Zendesk for DuckDuckGo subscribers and users with product-related inquiries, maintain our Help Pages, and deliver timely, accurate responses. Handle a high volume of Zendesk tickets, helping to ensure that we meet our defined service-level goals. Spot support trends, such as product bugs, outages, etc, from the tickets you handle. When needed, provide occasional community and/or social media support by responding with approved templates.

We are seeking an experienced Squad Leader/Manager to lead one or more high-performing squads in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role combines tactical leadership with operational excellence, focusing on delivering exceptional value to healthcare clients while developing team members and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

This is for an insurance analytics manager who will lead a team in building an analytics and reporting framework that enables data-driven decisions and drives the insurance organization forward. You’ll be responsible not only for ensuring core reporting that is delivered to business unit leaders is accurate, timely and actionable, but also for pushing the boundaries on how we can go deeper both in depth and breadth of analysis leveraging new data sources as well as tech stack.

Handle service contract, account access, license issues, and non-technical customer inquiries. Review and improve non-technical customer service processes. Meet customer service support metrics. Interface with various SonicWall teams to resolve customer issues. Ensure comprehensive issue documentation, screen incoming calls, and assist with ticket creation. Verify entitlement and route customers to technical support. Identify and resolve cloud service issues.
