We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead and accelerate operational excellence across multiple site locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying/standing up the SHOP operating model, to optimize processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency within our manufacturing operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and analytical thinking.
