Reporting to the Manager, Application Engineering EMEA, you will coach and support application engineers and review their design work. Your domain expertise in mechanical design, automation and robotics will elevate your growing team’s technical knowledge and enable you to identify training opportunities for them. You will be involved in pre-sale scope validation activities.

Oversee the operational, systematic, and personnel development of managers and supervisors across multiple manufacturing plants. Provide guidance to ensure performance targets are achieved and foster positive employee relations. Nurture leadership talent within the organization, instilling a culture of action-oriented behavior and accountability in the warehouse.
