Working independently, the Claim Litigation Consultant II investigates, evaluates coverage and liability exposures, negotiates and resolves large and/or complex third-party litigated claim files, providing credit unions with superior claims service. They will offer consultation on credit union risks and areas for loss prevention as a result of litigation. The consultant collaborates with other claims and product experts to ensure consistent handling of commercial insurance claims and appropriate use of external resources. The incumbent also ensures that recovery processes are integrated into the resolution of claims.

As a Stop Loss Reporting Analyst, you will support the Stop Loss Team in managing the monthly reporting for Specific and Aggregate Claims for both internal and external customers. An ideal candidate may have prior experience as a claims processor, with exposure to stop loss terminology and concepts. Responsibilities include reviewing Stop Loss contracts, setting up new stop loss groups, monitoring members, and generating reports.
