The purpose of this role is to investigate and process crop claims, conduct field inspections, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations. Complete field inspections, reviews and adjustments accurately and efficiently to administer crop insurance policies.

As an Insurance Product Support Analyst, you will own responsibility for a specific functional area of the product business (e.g., Product Specs, Forms Content, or DOI Complaints) and are accountable for achieving the associated goals. Establishes basic strategy, project plans and processes consistent with business unit and company objectives and accepted standards. Acts as team lead, providing guidance and training to junior staff. Performs complex research, interpretation and analysis.
