We are looking to build a dedicated Intake team with dual expertise in conflicts of interest and reputational risk, including strong capabilities in AML. The goal is to create a collaborative team structure that avoids silos, allows for cross-training and supports cross-country functions. Working alongside our Compliance, Risk & Conflicts Manager, the team will act as a centralized function for intake reviews, handling conflict checks, reputational risk analysis, and compliance assessments with an AML perspective.

Develop and implement public policy strategies to advance Kaizen Gaming’s business objectives in the Brazilian Congress. Monitor and analyze political and legislative developments affecting the GameTech industry. Engage with lawmakers and staff to advocate for Kaizen Gaming’s policy positions and interests. The mission is to design and advocate for effective solutions to critical gaming and technology challenges.

The Associate General Counsel will support the Deputy General Counsel in leading key functions in the Legal team, with specific focus on further refinement of privacy and product counseling workflows. The Associate General Counsel will be a hands-on leader with significant management experience, who will help to oversee and develop a talented legal team. The Associate General Counsel will also work closely with leadership, executive teams, and with external stakeholders.

The Foundation faces a myriad of legal issues ranging from complex copyright questions to international freedom of expression to mobile development to internal corporate compliance. Because of the wide array of legal issues, legal fellows will be assigned challenging projects based on their particular interests and strengths. These projects range from researching various legal questions to drafting licensing agreements to developing internal and external policies.

Draft minor and medium complexity legal documents, such as defense statements, replies, and appeals. Perform daily monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings. Rigorously comply with procedural deadlines. Participate in initial and conciliation hearings and conduct jurisprudential research to support defense theses. Assist senior lawyers in preparing legal opinions and strategies.

Provide strategic support for the analysis, creation, and management of strategic institutional contracts and partnerships, ensuring compliance and alignment with the company's objectives and current regulations. Supervise the development of new financial products and services, ensuring that the team meets regulatory standards, acting proactively and with leadership. Monitor the regulatory environment and implement the necessary changes, guiding the team in adapting to new guidelines.
