Assist with overall administrative tasks for the legal team and improve the legal team’s efficiency and productivity. Manage the signatures process, maintain and update legal documents, and assist with legal billing and matter management. Act as a point of contact between finance and legal on billings and budgeting matters, and assist with the legal team's new hire onboarding process.

Manage personal workload and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to management. Handle, review and verify all applications for client on-boarding within available SLAs. To maintain a good relationship and work closely with Relationship Partner Teams and direct with clients as required, to obtain all necessary supporting evidence to fulfill your KYC due diligence.
